Open Zapple, go to your profile, then Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, photos, and messages. You do not need to contact us first.
Tap the … menu on any post or comment and choose Report. To report a person, open their profile and use the same menu. We review every report and act within 24 hours.
Open their profile, tap the … menu, and choose Block. Blocking works in both directions: they cannot see your content and you will not see theirs.
AI estimates are approximations and will sometimes be off. You can edit any ingredient, quantity, or unit directly on the meal before saving it. If a food in our database has consistently wrong values, email us and tell us which one.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions to change or cancel. Refunds are handled by Apple; we cannot issue them directly.
Open the Health app → Sharing → Apps → Zapple, and turn off any permissions you no longer want. You can also disable syncing inside Zapple's settings.
Simply don't use the AI Analyze option. You can log meals manually or by scanning a barcode instead. See our Privacy Policy for what AI analysis involves.
